A million and one thank you's to Melissa who gave me an invitation to Vox. This is quite fascinating, however I am not ditching my beloved Livejournal for this. I may be using this for some more detailed and eventful entries, whereas my LJ will remain a place where I can express myself freely and play the crazy wannabe poet I am. We shall see.
On other news, you might want to guess who's leaving for Crete on August 5th? Aye, that would be yours truly. Mum bought us the tickets yesterday, and the excitement is rather obvious, is it not? A week in the sun before school begins -- I suppose I could not ask for anything more.
You have no idea how relieved I am, for today was my very last Monday ever at my summer job at the library [I am working as a damned cleaner alright, it's the furthest from glamorous you can think of]. I am getting beyond tired of it by now, I cannot wait for Friday when I finally get off. I have convinced myself that I have to get that camera I am lusting after [Samsung Digimax A503], it's the least I deserve for labouring my ugly ass off for six weeks on a ridiculous pay! (I terribly apologize for the vulgarity I just expressed. I am not certain if I like this "Vox" me all that much, but at least I am being open.)
